What We Believe Mt. Horeb Presbyterian Church serves and worships the Triune God of grace - the One God who has been revealed to us most clearly through Jesus Christ, our Lord . We are one community of witnesses among many who make up the whole body of Christ which knows no geographical, political, social, or any other sort of boundary. As a member congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) we share in the life and history of our denomination and, more broadly, the Reformed tradition of Christianity.
We embrace twelve creeds, catechisms and confessions and believe that, together, they are faithful and reliable witnesses to the word of God. They plant our roots in the historic Christian faith and stand as signposts for us today, pointing us toward ways of right belief and right living.
